Salary:

• Starting: $54,491.90

  Current top patrol rate: $96,915.04 (Currently in negotiations)

  Benefits:

  Lateral Officers start at the benefit rate of a two-year Officer

  Those Benefits would be comprised of:

  • Vacation: Two Weeks/Not to be used until after Field Training
  • Holidays: 10 Paid Holidays (pro-rated)

• State Certified Police Officer or Waiver if certified outside of Illinois
